Aug 15th 2005 10:44pm: Ordered 3 new items from newegg. Went with the Western Digital HD, with it's 16mb cache and 3.0Gb/s transfer rate. Got this NEC dvd-rw drive coz it'll match my case with it's silverness. Same thing with the floppy drive, nice and silver.

Aug 15th 2005 7:39pm: I got the motherboard, power supply, and the case on Friday. Mobo was put in on saturday with help from Jason. Took a pic today, bing badda boom.

Aug 8th 2005 11:36pm: Okay picked out a case, and a nice 550w psu to go with it. And.. I might have a lil extra bonus cash so I might opt to get the 4200 dual core.

Aug 7th 2005 9:16pm: Well my buddies over at the FEAR forums have been more than helpful in my quest. Chew is sending me one of his An8 sli boards with a 7.1 surround sound card and Nublet gave me lots of hot tips. Like this cool mouse. This is kinda getting overwheming, so many desicions, so little patience..

First things first when making a new computer is to make a classy webpage to log and keep track of all the steps. Check. Next, we shop for a case. I browsed a little last night at newegg. I saw around one-ish that struck my fancy. Will look at other places..
